your order, and that is why we offer a no questions asked return policy. To
return a product, please use our return merchandise authorization (RMA) form
and follow the guidelines listed below:

Damaged in Transit |
Damaged items received must be reported
within 7 business days of receiving. We will then file the necessary
insurance claims with the appropriate shipping company. Once we receive
an approval on the insurance claim, a new unit will be shipped to you. |

Dead on Arrival |
Dead on Arrival ("DOA") items received can be
exchanged for a replacement (RMA requested within 14 days of receiving)
at NO cost to you. We will cross-ship your printer to save you time and money. Toshiba
requires that units be exchanged and warranty work done directly through
them via their warranty policy. |

Non-Damaged/Defective, Unopened Merchandise |
Your unwanted new and factory sealed merchandise may be
returned within 30 days of shipment. Product returns
are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If we received after 30 days,
return is subject to 20% restocking fee. |

Opened Merchandise |
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your
purchase: return the unwanted product within 30 days from the shipment
date. Product returns are subject to a 15% industry standard restocking fee.
Consumable items such as but not limited to: toner, ink, printheads, batteries, paper, maintenance kits, photoconducter units, belts and
media may not be returned once opened for any reason. If there any issues with these items you must contact the respected manufacturer for assistance. |

Non-RMA Authorized Returns |
All returns received without an RMA number
will be refused; the product(s) will be returned to you at your expense
plus you will incur a $10 handling fee. |

Shipment Refusals |
All refused shipments are subject to a
10% restocking fee. Please note once an order has been processed it
cannot be modified or cancelled. If the shipment is refused a restocking
fee will apply. |

Extended Warranties |
There are no refunds or exchanges on extended warranties. |

- (Q) Are any products excluded from your return policy?
- (A) Yes, Makerbot printers and accessories do not qualify
for refunds or exchanges. All repair requests must be made via the
manufacturer, Makerbot. All software is non-returnable.
- (Q) What must be included with your return?

All returns, regardless of the reason must be returned in the original
manufactures box (with UPC code intact) with ALL original packaging
materials. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories
and cables must be included as well. We suggest keeping all of these
items whenever you purchase an item, for a minimum of 30 days.
- (Q) How long are RMA numbers valid?
(A) Each RMA is valid for 14 days or up until the 30th day from order
shipment,
whichever comes first.
- (Q) Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
(A)
Each customer is responsible for return shipping costs.You may elect to
have us supply you with a return shipping label which we can deduct
from your refund total (saving you shipping costs and time).
Defective / DOA units will be exchanged at NO cost to you. We will
cross-ship to save you from down time.
- (Q) Is original shipping fees returned?
(A) No,
original shipping fees cannot be returned.
- (Q) Is sales tax refunded?
(A) Yes, sales tax
on the amount of your refund will be refunded.
- (Q) Is there any policy in regard to original free shipping
offers?
(A) Yes. Original actual shipping costs will
be deducted from the amount of your refund.
